Favourite SS'13 looks from the Catwalk...

Some of my favourite looks on the catwalk of SS'2013…

First up, Jil Sander back at Jil Sander… BAM! I just love everything, it's not necessarily my everyday style but everything is so clean and refined, the color pallete is spot on, very modern and new.

One of the most wearable, accessible looks us girls can easily style ourselves in are the pretty floral grunge looks from Philip Lim and Julien David. I LOVE these, especially Lim's, so so much. Grab the checks and plaids from your wardrobe, throw on some floral prints or floral crochet knits, mix in some leather here, some sportswear there.. Voila…this is grunge reborn as a fresh faced beauty, she's off the streets but plays dress up in an ever so innocent way.

I love how Sarah Burton based the whole collection of Alexander Mcqueen on a single obsession- Bees. Every element of this majestic insect dissected, regrouped, glamourised, magnified. The jewelry is gorgeous! Love me on of those bee stung bangles!

Rick Owen surprised me. What a refreshing take, the post-apocalyptic world, retro and futristic at the same time. So other-wordly, the color pallete so primal, the shimmer of the fabrics so precious, the cocoon silhouettes protects and nuture, still ever so cool and original.
